This small extension to a 1970s brick veneer house adds:

  • 29m² of floor area
  • a generous master bedroom
  • ensuite
  • new entry hall

Costs have been kept low by using light weight timber construction with metal and timber cladding. The project also includes a redesign of the existing bathroom.
